I only ship within the UK.
Items up to 2kgs will be sent Royal Mail Signed For at a flat rate of £10.
For anything over that weight, please contact me for postage costs.
Postage to remote areas may cost more.
I generally dispatch items within 2 weeks of order placement, but this can be up to 5 weeks during busy times.
Returns
Due to the nature of the product being personalised, returns are not accepted unless faulty. In the the event of this happening, do not hesitate to get in touch, and we will do all we can to help rectify the situation.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
